  Do not take a lease here, this apartment cheating , first they allow me 3 months lease, I payed all money, and after some days they said that they changed there mind and can’t give lease for 3 months! But I already paid for everything and from my 300$ they return me 100$! So give this apartment 0!

  Management and maintenance handled my heater issues in a timely and efficient manner. They handled the situation so well that I renewed my lease without hesitation! Awesome customer service!

  Terrible management since taken over by SIMC. the quality of living has dropped significantly and manager will not follow up or take responsibilty for any problems that come up she passes the buck and blames anyone else that she can. This used to be a great place to live prior to this management company taking or or it could be the manager not sure.

  I am currently looking for an apartment for my family and I visited Chisholm Place. Overall it was great. Office was very friendly. The only part it was lacking was a playground for my child.
